HOW DOES IT WORK?
Through
the use of Caller ID technology, DART identifies and records a caller’s information online even before they speak with
someone at your business. DART can identify name, address, as well as demographic
information about the caller’s zip code.
HOW DOES THE DART PROGRAM WORK WITH A POSTCARD
DIRECT MAIL CAMPAIGN?
With
a DART postcard direct mail campaign, we would assign you a local or toll free (your choice) DART phone number that would
directly remote call forward all customer calls to your main phone number. The
only difference that the consumer will ever notice between calling our DART number and calling you directly is that they will
hear a “Thank you for calling, For quality of service, your call may be monitored” recording. Immediately after that message is complete, your phone is ringing with the caller on the line.
At
the same instance the quality assurance message is completing, DART has captured the person’s name, address, and demographic
specifics of their zip code, and has started recording the call. This occurs
even before the respondent starts talking with someone from your business.
This
customer data and recording is then transferred almost immediately onto our DART reporting website where you can log into
and view your reports.
